The GT-2000 15 brings the fun back to stability running. Asics have loaded it with a softer, plusher FF BLAST MAX cushioning because more bounce is always better. Every step feels like a trampoline—soft when you land, explosive when you push off. Featuring a reimagined FF BLAST MAX midsole with a softer formulation and an extra 2mm of foam than the previous model, every landing feels cloud-like while toe-off delivers a powerful, springy response. Meanwhile, the 3D GUIDANCE SYSTEM provides intelligent, adaptive support that activates exactly when you need it, keeping your stride smooth and balanced without feeling restrictive.

Pronation: Designed For Neutral / Overpronation

Foot Type: Normal size arches
Push Off: There is even distribution from the front of the foot.
How your foot contacts the ground: The foot lands on outside of the heel, then rolls inward (pronates) to absorb shock and support body weight.

Foot Type: Low arches or flat feet
Push Off: Big toe and second toe do majority of the work.
How your foot contacts the ground: The foot lands on outside of heel, then rolls inward (pronates) excessively, transferring weight to inner edge instead of ball of the foot.

AHARPLUS heel plug rubber: ASICS' high abrasion resistant rubber located in the heel area that is approximately three times more durable than standard outsole rubbers.
AHAR LO outsole rubber: A lower-density rubber placed in key areas of the outsole for reliable grip and traction without sacrificing durability.
Reflective details: Visibility for enhanced night time and early morning reflective brightness.
