Asics Trabuco 14 Men's Trail Running Shoe. (Cobalt Burst/Sandstorm)
The TRABUCO 14 shoe is designed to help you run through unpredictable trail terrain more confidently. ASICSGRIP technology is positioned in the outsole for advanced traction on off-road surfaces. Approximately 4 grams lighter than the previous version, this shoe features an extra 2mm of FF BLAST MAX cushioning underfoot. This helps create cloud-like softness at impact and a responsive energy return at toe-off. The shoe has a new trail fit that offers a more supportive midfoot lockdown. This helps reduce movement within the shoe while providing a wider forefoot that allows for more comfort on long trail runs.

Pronation: Designed For Neutral / Underpronation

Neutral: See left image.
Foot Type: High arches
Push Off: The pressure is on smaller toes on outside of foot.
How your foot contacts the ground: The foot lands on outside of the heel, then rolls inward (pronates) to absorb shock and support body weight.

Underpronation: See right image.
Foot Type: Low arches or flat feet
Push Off: Big toe and second toe do majority of the work.
How your foot contacts the ground: The outer side of the heel hits the ground at an increased angle with little or no normal pronation, causing a large transmission of shock through the lower leg.

Lace band: Elastic strap on the tongue of the shoe where you can tuck your shoe laces to prevent them from coming untied.

Rock protection plate: Features a flexible design that helps shield your foot from rocks and rugged terrain.
ASICSGRIP outsole rubber: ASICS proprietary outsole that provides advanced grip on a variety of terrain.
Vegan-friendly design: New trail-specific fit.
The sockliner is produced with the solution dyeing process that reduces water usage by approximately 33% and carbon emissions by approximately 45% compared to the conventional dyeing technology.
